The 'Medium Drill Square Guide'

A squaring drill bit guide for drilling holes in the Medium size range.

It can be difficult sometimes to get a drill hole square
to the work without a drill press.
This guide helps overcome that difficulty.

No matter the angle of the work, This guide gets the drill hole started squarely
or perpendicularly to the work surface.

For use with twist bits and brad points as well as brace auger bits.
Use with brace drills or electrical powered hand drills.

Includes guide holes, reamed for sizes: 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2.

Great for through holes and counter bores, doweling or any other reason where a squarely drilled hole is needed.

Three quarters of an inch of squarely drilled starter hole
gets the bit started perpendicular to the work.
Centerpunch the location and use the bit to align, clamp for safety,
then drill squarely using the guide.
Remove the guide once you have the hole started squarely.

We mill this Custom Drill Guide from Aluminum. It measures 3-1/16th x 1-1/4 x 3/4 inches.
